Life After Life.
Notes of a Seeker Who Found God
Translated from Russian

To my Master,
who has taught me how to LIVE.
More than 20 years ago, I began searching for meaning in my life, and soon this desire led me down the path to discovering the Creator.
I outlined the key moments in my biography, which became part of the book How God Can Be Cognized, Book 2, edited by Vladimir Antonov.
The book was published a while ago, but I continued keeping journal entries and writing to this day. I’ve now accumulated material that may be of interest to those searching for God or wishing to embark on such a journey.
The following period covers 2012–2022, from the time I was left to “sail on my own”.
There were no more shared meditations with our group. However, I maintained contact with Anna — we occasionally met and meditated together, exchanging experiences and insights. When we united for meditative work, the Divine presence increased significantly. The merging of vast, developed consciousnesses allowed us to feel God more profoundly, to understand, and accept His guidance. Our Master did not interfere. We were connected too deep to part us “forever” — and for this, she has my heartfelt gratitude.
I’ve tried to select only the most important lessons taught by the Divine Teachers. This is my personal experience of the spiritual Path. Of course, everyone’s journey will be unique. Nowadays, the internet is brimming with freely available materials on spiritual themes. It’s possible that you’ve already encountered some similar teachings in various forms. But this only further proves that God leads people to know Him through similar paths, speaking of the same Eternal Truths using different words.
You can read more about the Divine Teachers mentioned here in the book Classics of Spiritual Philosophy and the Present.
